Standard shipping comes with tracking. 3-5 days is shipping time, which is not in my control.
Processing order time is 1-2 days. Everything listed is already made and ready to ship so depending on time of day, I will be able to ship same day or next day.
Refund/return/exchange:
Mystery items and custom items are non refundable. However if there is any defects with your order, please reach out!
You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for any damages claim.
In the event that a return is needed, product will need to be returned to me and inspected prior to issuing a refund or replacement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I will cover the shipping for sending out the replacement.
